I am trying to communicate with my new CC640 with a WinXP Pro SP2 notebook. I installed the CSI Device Config Utility (v1.3 from the included cd) and did the Power On - Setup on the camera, but I get "The Device version number, 1, is not defined for device, 11." I tried downloading the newest Device Config Utility (1.4) but it didn't have the CC640 listed. How do I communicate?

I am looking for a net radiation and a solar radiation sensor for Idaho to be deployed during the summer and winter. Would the CNR1 be a good choice? I don't know if I will have enough power to use the heater consistently.
